| I don't understand Singaporeans. I mean you complain about having to pay 10 cents for using plastic bags. 10 cents mind you, not $10. You want to use plastic bags, then all the more you should pay for it! After all,nothing is free in this world. I'm glad that they took this action. Harsh or not, at least now you finally make your choice. Pay for your responsibility for contributing to the degradation in the world or realise your responsibility to help improve by doing your part. It's hard to start of course but practice makes perfect right? I'm no angel I have to admit that. If I need to get the plastic bag, by all means I'll pay for it. Why make a ruckus and big fuss about 10 cents. 10 cents is too much? Bah! |
